【How to make】
① Peel the Shogoin turnip thickly and cut it into 1cm thick chrysanthemum-shaped slices.
② Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry ① until browned on both sides, drizzle soy sauce over the Shogoin turnip, and turn off the heat.
③ Wrap the surface of ② in perilla leaves, lightly press to mix, coat with rice flour, add the remaining sesame oil, return to the frying pan, and fry until browned on both sides.
