Spinach and seaweed salad with white miso tressing

【How to make】
① Blanch the spinach stems in boiling water, transfer to cold water, squeeze out the water, and cut into 4cm lengths.
② Shred the carrots.
③ Rehydrate the mixed seaweed in water and drain thoroughly.
④ Put the white miso, mustard paste, rice vinegar, olive oil, cane sugar, soy sauce, and grated garlic in a bowl, mix well, and add salt to taste.
⑤ Put ①, ②, and ③ in a bowl and mix.
⑥ Place ⑤ on a plate, pour ④ over it, sprinkle black pepper, and sprinkle with crushed roasted walnuts.
