Roses are in full bloom at the Kyoto Botanical Garden in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City. The 9,000-square-meter rose garden is home to 1,400 roses of about 320 varieties in a variety of colors, including red, white, and pale yellow, and their sweet scent delights visitors.

According to the botanical garden, this year's warm weather and moderate rain have led to good growth, with many of the roses being large and brightly colored.
Inside the garden, you can see the pink ''La France,'' which is said to be the origin of modern roses called ''Modern Roses,'' as well as ''Masako,'' which has light pink petals with many rounded edges, and ''Masako,'' which has large deep red flowers that catch the eye. "Kibune" were in full bloom, and visitors were able to take photos of them.
A 65-year-old woman visiting from Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture, said with a smile, ''I was able to compare different roses and enjoy the scents.'' The best time to see her is until the end of May.
