Black shichimi(Japanese seven spice blend)..as needed

Corn and minced meat stir-fry with black shichimi

【How to make】
①Cut the corn in half and remove the kernels from the cob with a knife.
②Finely chop the onion.
③Add vegetable oil to a frying pan, add the onion from ② and fry until translucent, then add the mixed mince meat and fry again, and season with salt.
④Place ③ in a plate and sprinkle with black shichimi.

This dish lets you enjoy the texture of the corn kernels as they are. The aroma and spicy flavor of black shichimi gives it a mature flavor. Eat with a spoon.
