【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Green bell peppers…2
Bean sprouts…100 grams
Canned tuna…50 grams
Pickled plums (fruit only)…10 grams
Soy sauce…1/2 teaspoon
Sesame oil…1/2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds…1/2 teaspoon

【How to make】
①Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into strips.
②Boil water in a pot and quickly dip the bell peppers and the washed bean sprouts in the water, remove them, and soak in cold water, then drain.
③Finely chop the pickled plums and place in a bowl, then mix with the tuna, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
④Add ② to ③, then add the sesame seeds and mix.
【Point】
Do not overcook the bell peppers as you want them to retain a firm texture.
