Curry spring rolls with bell peppers and minced meat

【How to make】
①Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into strips.
②Finely chop the onion.
③Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ② and stir fry until translucent, then add the ground meat and stir fry while breaking it up with chopsticks. Add sugar, salt, and curry powder to the ground meat and stir fry, then add the bell peppers from ① and stir fry briefly.
④Place the spring roll wrappers in a diamond shape, place the strips from ③ on the front, turn the wrappers once, then fold both ends inward, roll them up, and coat the edges with water-dissolved potato starch (not included in the recipe) to secure.
