Mibuna…120 grams
Ginger…10 grams
Salt Koji…5 grams
Soy Sauce…1 teaspoon

Grilled salmon with Mibuna sauce

【How to make】
①Chop the mibuna into 1cm pieces.
②Finely chop the ginger.
③Put ① and ② in a bowl, add the shio koji and soy sauce, and mix well.
④Salt the salmon and grill on both sides, browning the skin as well.
