【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Maitake mushrooms…½ pack
Onion…¼ piece
Baby scallops…60 grams
Rice flour…2 teaspoons
Vegetable oil…1 tablespoon
Soy milk…200 grams
Soy sauce…2 teaspoons
Salt…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Divide the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
②Slice the onion thinly.
③Coat the baby scallops with rice flour.
④Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry ② until it becomes translucent, then add ① and ③ and continue to stir-fry.
⑤Add soy milk and soy sauce before ④ turns brown, turn off the heat just before it boils, and add salt to taste.
