【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Beef…180 grams
Salt and pepper…1/4 teaspoon
Vegetable oil…1 teaspoon
Shiitake mushrooms…30 grams
Onion…50 grams
Garlic…1 clove
Ginger…10 grams
Sake…2 tablespoons
Soy sauce…2 tablespoons
Mirin (Sweet sake)…1 tablespoon
Green onion…A small amount

【How to make】
①Season the beef with salt and pepper and bring to room temperature.
②Put vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry ① over high heat for 30 seconds at a time until browned all over, then wrap in aluminum foil to cool.
③Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
④Slice the onion thinly and grate the garlic and ginger.
⑤Add ④ to the frying pan in ② and fry. When the onion becomes translucent, add the sake, soy sauce, mirin, and ③, bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
⑥Slice②② into thin slices, place on a plate, pour ⑤ over it, and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
【Points】
You can use any cut of beef you like. Adding shiitake mushroom sauce will instantly transform it into an autumn menu.
