【How to make】
①Remove the stems of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into appropriate pieces.
②Finely chop the garlic.
③Separate the body and legs of the squid with your fingers, remove the ink sac, cartilage, and guts, wash with water and wipe off the water, cut the body into 1cm wide slices, and cut the legs into appropriate pieces. Set the guts aside.
④Heat ② and olive oil a frying pan over medium heat, and when the aroma starts to rise, add ① and ③ and stir fry. When the color of the squid changes, add the guts and stir fry briefly, add loosened thyme leaves, and season with salt.
