【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Chestnuts…80 grams (peeled)
Shimeji mushrooms…80 grams
Maitake mushrooms…80 grams
Olive oil…2 teaspoons
Salt…2 pinches
Honey…1 tablespoon
Soy sauce…½ teaspoon
Coarsely ground pepper…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Soak chestnuts in hot water and peel off the outer shell, as well as the inner skin.
②Boil ① in boiling water for 3-5 minutes depending on size until slightly firm, then remove.
③Remove the stems from the shimeji and maitake mushrooms and separate them into appropriate portions.
④Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry ③ until browned, sprinkle with salt, add soy sauce, honey, and ②, stir fry briefly, and coat with honey soy sauce.
⑤Place ④ on a plate and sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper.
