Sake…50cc
Water…500cc
Salt…½ teaspoon
Curry powder…⅛ teaspoon
Goji berries…6 pieces
Italian parsley…Appropriate amount

Small turnip and yellowtail stewed in soup

【How to make】
①Cut the turnip into bite-sized wedges and cut the white leek diagonally.
②Slice the ginger into thin strips and grate the garlic.
③Cut the yellowtail fillets in half.
④Heat olive oil and the garlic from step ② in a pot over medium heat. When the aroma comes out, add the white part of the white leek and stir fry, then add water, the ginger from step ② and curry powder and bring to a boil.
⑤Add the yellowtail and sake, add the green part of the white leek and heat briefly, then add salt to taste.
