Enoki mushrooms…90 grams
Shiitake mushrooms…2 pieces
Chrysanthemum,For sauce…30 grams, for garnish…4 pieces
Sesame oil…30 grams
Salt…½ teaspoon
Fish (cod)…2 slices
Salt…A pinch
Sake…2 teaspoons

【How to make】
①Cut off the stems of the enoki mushrooms and separate them. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
②Finely chop the chrysanthemum, and grind them in a mortar with sesame oil and salt.
③Put the fish sprinkled with salt and sake in a frying pan, cover, and steam over medium heat.
④Place the enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and fish from ③ on a plate and pour ②, and garnish with the leaves of chrysanthemum.
