【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Green onion…1 stalk
Maitake mushroom…1/2 stalk
Thinly sliced beef…150 grams
Sesame oil…1½ teaspoons
Water…200cc
Sake…1 tablespoon
Salt…A little less than ½ teaspoon
Yuzu…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Cut the green onion into 5cm lengths and divide the maitake mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
②Cut the thinly sliced beef into bite-sized pieces.
③Heat ½ teaspoon of sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the green onion until browned.
④Bring water to a boil in a pot, add ② and when it starts to change color, skim off the scum, add sake, salt, the green onion from ③, the maitake mushroom from ① and the remaining sesame oil, cover and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
⑤Place ④ in a bowl and top with grated yuzu.
