Green onion…1 stalk
Smoked salmon…60 grams
Olive oil…Appropriate amount
Apple cider vinegar…1 tablespoon
Lemon juice…1/2 tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil…1/2 tablespoon
Salt and pepper…Appropriate amount
Italian parsley…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Cut the green onions into 4cm lengths and fry in a frying pan with a thin layer of olive oil until browned, then leave to cool.
②Mix apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to make a marinade.
③Place the smoked salmon on a plate, top with the green onions from ①, pour over ②, and chill in the refrigerator.
④Garnish with Italian parsley on top of ③.
