Shrimp potato…60 grams
Grilled eel…40 grams
Egg…0.5 piece Dashi...85 cc
Salt…Appropriate amount
Mitsuba…Appropriate amount
Yuzu peel…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Peel the shrimp potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and steam them in a steamer.
②Cut the eel into two equal parts.
③Beat the eggs in a bowl, add cooled dashi stock, mix well, and add salt to taste.
④Put ① and ② in a bowl and pour in ③.
⑤Steam ④ in a steamer, and top with mitsuba and grated yuzu peel.
