【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Shrimp potatoes…250 grams (185 grams without skin)
Shishito peppers…2 pieces
Dashi…500cc
Cane sugar…2 tablespoons
Soy sauce…1 tablespoon
Potato starch...Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Peel the shrimp potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
②Put ① in a pot with enough water to cover it, put it on the fire, and boil until you can easily insert a bamboo skewer.
③Heat the dashi in another pot, add ② and cane sugar, and after a while add soy sauce.
④Cover with a drop lid and simmer until the flavors are combined, then turn off the heat and cool.
⑤Drain ④ and coat with potato starch.
⑥Deep fry ⑤ and shishito peppers in oil heated to 170 degrees, then arrange on a plate.
【Points】
Boiling shrimp potatoes and preparing them will make them even more delicious when fried. You can enjoy them twice by making a little extra boiled shrimp potatoes and then deep frying the rest of them.
