Shrimp potatoes…400 grams (300 grams paste)
Shrimp…4 pieces
Cake flour…Appropriate amount
Egg...½ piece
Bread crumbs…Appropriate amount
Tartar sauce…Appropriate amount
Salad…Appropriate amount
Lemon…½ piece

【How to make】
①Peel the shrimp potatoes while they are steamed and hot, mash them with the back of a fork to make a paste, and divide them into 4 pieces.
②Remove the vein from the shrimp, boil them in boiling water, peel them, and wipe off the water.
③Spread ① into an oval shape in the palm of your hand, place ② on top, turn the tails out, and wrap them up.
④Coat ③ in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with bread crumbs.
⑤Deep fry ④ in 170° oil until golden brown.
⑥Place on a plate and garnish with salad, lemon, and tartar sauce.
