【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Jerusalem artichoke…150 grams
Pork belly…100 grams
Onion…1/4 piece
Garlic…1/2 clove
Curry powder…2 teaspoons
Soy sauce…2 teaspoons
Mirin…1 tablespoon
Salt…A little
Black Pepper…A little
Vegetable oil…1 tablespoon
Cilantro…As much as you like

【How to make】
① Wash the Jerusalem artichoke thoroughly and cut it into 5mm thick pieces with the skin on, cut the onion into wedges, and thinly slice the garlic.
② Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
③ Put vegetable oil and the garlic from ① into a frying pan, and when the aroma comes out, add the Jerusalem artichoke and onion from ① and stir fry. When the onion becomes translucent, add ② and stir fry until it changes color, add curry powder, mirin, soy sauce and stir fry further, then season with salt and black pepper.
④ Place ③ on a plate and garnish with cilantro to taste.
【Points】
Fry quickly until the Jerusalem artichoke becomes crisp. Lightly browning will enhance the flavor. The curry flavor makes it easy to eat.
