【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Komatsuna(Japanese mustard spinach)…60 grams
Pork belly…150 grams
Sake…2 teaspoons
Cane sugar…1 tablespoon
Soy sauce…2 teaspoons
Sesame oil…½ spoon
Soft boiled eggs…2
Rice…320 grams

【How to make】
① Boil the komatsuna in boiling water, then drain and cool, squeeze out the water, and cut into small pieces.
② Cut the pork belly into 3cm pieces, sprinkle with sake, and fry in a frying pan over medium heat until it changes color.
③ Add cane sugar and soy sauce to ② and fry, then finish by adding sesame oil.
④ Place rice in a bowl, top with ① and ③, and crack a soft-boiled egg on top.
【Points】
