【4K動画】京都市内で2026年2月15日、スーパーマリオ40周年「京都マラソン2026」が行われ、約16000人のランナーが4月上旬並みの最高気温18・8℃という暖かさの中、都大路を駆け抜けた。沿道では、終盤で疲れてきたランナーを励まそうと家族や友人らが声をからして応援し、有名人も一緒に走って大会を盛り上げた。京都市左京区の京都府立植物園では、舞妓さんたちの応援もあった。

On February 15, 2026, the Kyoto Marathon 2026, celebrating the 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros., was held in Kyoto City. Approximately 16,000 runners ran down the Miyako-oji Street in warm weather with a maximum temperature of 18.8°C, similar to early April. Along the route, family and friends cheered at the top of their lungs to encourage the runners who were getting tired towards the end, and celebrities also ran alongside, adding to the excitement of the event. At the Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Garden in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City, maiko (apprentice geisha) also cheered on the runners.
