2025年4月30日の午前3時半ごろ、京都市下京区の五条通高倉交差点付近で、「道路に水があふれている」と通行人から110番があった。京都府警下京署によると、道路から大量の水があふれ出し、一帯が冠水した。

At around 3:30 a.m. on April 30, 2025, a passerby called 110 to report that "water was overflowing on the road" near the Gojo-dori Takakura intersection in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City. According to the Shimogyo Police Station of the Kyoto Prefectural Police, a large amount of water overflowed from the road, flooding the entire area.
