誕生から半世紀を迎え、国内外で人気を集めるハローキティ。「Hello Kitty展－わたしが変わるとキティも変わる－」が2025年9月25日、京都市左京区の京都市京セラ美術館で始まる。
キティは1974年、グッズ「プチパース」に描かれたキャラクターの一つとして登場。キティのデザインがダントツで売れたことから名前が付いた。12月7日まで開催。入場有料で予約優先制。

Half a century has passed since Hello Kitty's birth, and she continues to garner popularity both in Japan and overseas. The "Hello Kitty Exhibition - When I Change, Kitty Changes" will open on September 25, 2025, at the Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City.
Kitty first appeared in 1974 as one of the characters featured on the "Petit Purse" merchandise. The name was chosen because Kitty's design was by far the best-selling item. The exhibition will run until December 7th. Admission is paid and reservations are given priority.
