二条城本丸御殿（京都市中京区）で、保存修理工事の完了と、9月から予定されている一般公開を記念した式典があった。
式典ではテープカットや京都堀川音楽高校による音楽演奏が行われた。

A ceremony was held at the Honmaru Palace of Nijo Castle (Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto) to commemorate the completion of conservation and repair work and the opening to the public scheduled for September.
The ceremony included a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a musical performance by the Kyoto Horikawa Music High School.
