京都府警によると、京都市左京区松ヶ崎小竹藪町の高野川河川敷（高野川北泉橋北東側）で2025年11月19日の午前7時40分ごろ、クマ1頭の目撃情報があった。
現場周辺の小学校では集団下校するなどの対策が取られ、影響が広がっている。京都府警や京都市などが注意を呼びかけている。

According to the Kyoto Prefectural Police, a bear was reported to have been spotted on the Takano River riverbed (northeast of the Takano River Kitaizumi Bridge) in Matsugasaki Otakeyabu-cho, Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City, at around 7:40 a.m. on November 19, 2025.
Elementary schools in the area have taken measures such as having students go home in groups, and the impact is spreading. Kyoto Prefectural Police, Kyoto City, and others are calling for caution.
