A new dining restaurant serving Italian cuisine using Kyoto ingredients will open until midnight inside the Kyoto Station Building.

The all-day dining restaurant "PUB & GRILL 7TAPS TAVERN" will open on January 24, 2025 on the first floor of the East Zone of Kyoto Station Building.

Seven types of original craft beer will be available, including IPA, white beer, and session pale ale brewed at a Kyoto brewery. Food options include "Bismarck Pizza" topped with Kyoto duck ragu and Kyoto mizuna mustard, and "Kyoto Duck Roast" made with Kyoto duck loin and a sauce made from duck stock and Marsala wine. In addition, desserts such as "Matcha Basque Cheesecake Karesansui," a Basque cheesecake baked in-house and presented in a dry landscape garden style, will also be on offer.

The store will also exhibit and sell artworks drawn by students and lecturers from Kyoto University of Art and Design (Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto City), as well as Kyoto ware and Kiyomizu ware.

Business hours are 11:00am to midnight. Open every day.
