【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Apple…1 piece
Ginger…10 grams
Agar powder…1 packet
Water…200ml
Cane sugar…50g
Cinnamon…½ teaspoon
【How to make】
① Peel the apples and cut half into 5mm wedges.
② Peel and grate the remaining apples and ginger.
③ Mix water and powdered agar in a pot and place on medium heat. Bring to a boil and when the agar has completely dissolved, add cane sugar and ②, add the apples from ① and bring to a boil, then remove the apple wedges.
④ Add cinnamon to ③, mix, and remove from heat.
⑤ Place the apple wedges that were set aside at the bottom of the mold in two layers, pour the agar liquid from ④ over them, and allow to cool. Then chill in the refrigerator.
⑥ Cut ⑤ into pieces about 1cm wide, place on a plate, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
