【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Cake flour…20 grams
Cane sugar…10 grams
Salt…A pinch
Butter…10 grams
Apple…1 piece
Butter…15 grams
Brown honey…10 grams

【How to make】
① Mix flour, cane sugar, and salt in a bowl, then add chilled butter in pieces, rub it with your hands until it becomes crumbly, and chill in the refrigerator.
② Peel the apples and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
③ Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add the apples from ②, and saute.
④ When the apples are well coated with the butter and have softened a little, add the brown sugar syrup and saute for about 5 minutes.
⑤ Place ④ on a heat-resistant plate, sprinkle ① over it, and bake in a 200° oven for 20 minutes.
【Points】
Mix quickly with thoroughly chilled butter to make it crispier. We recommend using apples with a good balance of sweet and sour.
