Grilled Daikon with Black Vinegar and Honey Sauce

【How to make】
① Cut the daikon into 1.5cm slices, peel, and lightly poke holes on both sides with a fork.
② Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add ① and cook until golden brown, then turn over, cover, and steam.
③ Mix the black vinegar and honey together, add to ② (with the lid removed), and mix with the daikon while reducing.
④ Place on a plate with the sauce, sprinkle lightly with salt and black pepper, and top with crushed nuts and chervil.
