Rape blossom and turnip stew with sake lees

【How to make】
① Quickly boil the rape blossoms in boiling water, rinse them in cold water, and squeeze out the water.
② Peel the turnips and cut them into wedges.
③ Mix ground chicken, grated ginger, potato starch, and salt, and roll them into bite-sized balls.
④ Bring chicken consommé soup to a boil in a pot, add the rolled dumplings from ③, and when they float to the top, add ②.
⑤ Use the soup from ④ to dissolve and thin the sake lees and white miso, return them to the pot, and add salt to taste.
⑥ Place ⑤ in a bowl, garnish with ①, and sprinkle with black pepper.
