【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Celery…1 stalk
Gizzard…200 grams
Olive oil…3 large spoons
Pickled plum paste…20 grams
Salt…Appropriate amount
Black pepper…Appropriate amount

Sauteed celery and gizzard with plum flavor

【How to make】
① Remove the strings from the celery and slice it diagonally.
② Remove the white strings from the gizzard and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
③ Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry ② over medium heat. Once cooked through and browned, remove it from the frying pan.
④ Add the remaining olive oil to the same frying pan and quickly fry the celery.
⑤ Return the fried gizzard to the frying pan, add the umeboshi paste and mix well, taste, and add salt to adjust the flavor.
⑥ Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper.

【Points】
Both gizzard and celery are strong ingredients, but the sourness of the umeboshi makes this dish easier to eat. You can also enjoy the combination of their different textures.
