They launched a new brand, ''hitotose,'' and opened the first building on Miyagawacho Dori in Higashiyama Ward, which is lined with teahouses.
The name of the facility is "Rin Kyoto Miyagawasuji hitotose Aki." It is a two-story building with a total guest room area of 186 square meters. It also has an open-air bath and a Lory sauna. The number of users is up to 4 people, and the price starts from 200,000 yen per night.
The average price per room at facilities operated by Real Co., Ltd. is in the 50,000 yen range, and the new brand is set at the highest level. In the future, several buildings will be developed in the city to attract a wide range of customers, including wealthy inbound tourists.
Real Co., Ltd. operates a total of 62 rental townhouses and hotels in the city, with 348 rooms. The majority of users are visitors to Japan. The plan is to increase the number of rooms in the city to 500 in three years.
