Yamabuki trees are in full bloom at Matsunoo Taisha Shrine in Nishikyo Ward, Kyoto City. Visitors enjoy watching the golden flowers sway in the spring breeze.

Approximately 3,000 plants have grown since they were divided from local residents and planted on the grounds. According to the shrine, the trees began blooming around April 10th this year. There are single and double blooms, and along the Ichinoi River that flows through the temple grounds, the beautiful flowers bloom on both banks of the river.
