New burdock…3 pieces (150grams)
Garlic…3 cloves
Extra virgin olive oil…6 tablespoons
Soy sauce…4 tablespoons
Mirin…4 tablespoons
Cane sugar…4 tablespoons
Boiled soup...2 tablespoons
Perilla leaves…10 pieces

【How to make】
①Wash and peel the burdock, cut into thin slices diagonally, boil in boiling water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar (not listed) until it remains firm, and drain.
②Thinly slice the garlic and cut the perilla leaves in half lengthwise.
③Add olive oil, soy sauce, mirin, cane sugar, and boiled soup to a bowl and mix well.
④Put ① and ② into a boiled bottle, then pour ③ into it and let it marinate for 2-3 days.
【point】
This is a small dish of burdock to cleanse the palate. The best time to eat is when the flavor becomes familiar. To preserve, cover the surface with extra virgin olive oil (not listed) to avoid exposure to air.
