Salt and pepper...as needed
Kawachi bankan(mandarin orange)...1
New onion...1/4 small
Apple cider vinegar...2 teaspoons
Honey...1 teaspoon
Salt...a pinch
Extra virgin olive oil...1 tablespoon
Dill...as you like

Sautéed silver salmon with Kawachi mandarin salsa sauce

【How to make】
①Remove the flesh of the Kawachi bankan from the skin and cut them in half.
②Finely chop the new onions and set aside.
③Mix the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl and add ① and ②.
④Sprinkle salt and pepper on the silver salmon and cook on both sides in a frying pan over medium heat until browned.
