【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Green zucchini…1/2 sticks
Yellow zucchini…1/2 sticks
Green shiso leaves…10 pieces
Nuts of your choice…Appropriate amount
White miso…30 grams
Rice vinegar…2 tablespoons
Extra virgin olive oil…2 tablespoons
Salt…a pinch
Cane sugar…1 teaspoon

【How to make】
①Cut off the stems of each zucchini, cut them in half, place on a cutting board, and slice thinly with a peeler.
②Stack the green shiso leaves, cut them in half, and cut them into strips.
③Put the nuts in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
④Mix white miso, rice vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and cane sugar in a bowl.
⑤Place ① in a bowl, mixing the green and yellow colors, and pour ④ over the whole, then pour ② and ③ over it.
【Points】
Add the texture of nuts to the two-colored zucchini ribbons for a gorgeous finish. Enjoy it with a refreshing Japanese-style dressing.
