【How to make】
①Slice the zucchini into rounds.
②Divide the white maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
③Remove the innards and cartilage from the squid and cut it into rounds.
④Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ③ and fry until the color changes, then add ① and ②, water, salt, lemon juice, and potato starch dissolved in water, and mix.
⑤Place ④ in a plate and sprinkle with coarse ground pepper.
