Mayonnaise…20 grams

【How to make】
①Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove the pulp and seeds, and slice thinly. Slice the onion thinly as well, combine with the bitter melon, sprinkle with salt, and set aside for a while.
②Tear the lettuce, rinse in cold water, and drain.
③Drain the canned tuna and mix with mayonnaise.
