【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Thinly sliced pork…16 slices
Molokhiya…50 grams
Salt…A little
Pepper…A little
Cake flour …appropriate amount
Egg…1 piece
Breadcrumbs…As needed
Salad…As needed
Citrus sudachi or sauce…As you like

【How to make】
①Separate the molokhiya leaves into individual pieces.
②Spread out two slices of thinly sliced pork, shifting them apart, and place ① on top of them, covering the entire surface. Repeat this three times, and finally cover with two slices of pork, press firmly to remove air, and seal the edges.
③Season ② with salt and pepper, and dip in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
④Place ③ in vegetable oil heated to 170°C and fry until golden brown.
⑤Place salad on a plate, top with cut ④, and garnish with sudachi or sauce to taste.
【Points】
Add molokhiya to pork cutlets to increase their nutritional value. I also recommend eating them with sudachi for a refreshing taste.
