Avocado…1 piece
Tomato (medium)…2 pieces

Molokhiya and avocado salad

【How to make】
①Quickly boil the molokhiya in boiling water, drain and finely chop.
②Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the seed and cut into 1cm cubes.
③Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
④Add the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil to a bowl and mix well.
⑤Add ①, ② and ③ to ④, toss and season with salt and pepper.
