【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Salted mackerel…100 grams
Pumpkin…200 grams
Onion…80 grams Olive oil...1 tablespoon
Rice vinegar…3 tablespoons
Extra virgin olive oil…to taste
Salt…to taste
Pepper…to taste
Thyme……to taste

【How to make】
①Cut the pumpkin into wedges and then slice thinly.
②Slice the onion thinly as well.
③Add olive oil to a frying pan and heat on midium heat. Fry ①, then ②, then remove from the pan and place in a bowl.
④Next, grill the salted mackerel and shred it.
⑤Add ④ to ③ and mix, toss with rice vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper, tear off the desired amount of thyme leaves, mix, and chill in the refrigerator.
⑥ Serve on a plate and garnish with thyme branches.
【Points】
I used thyme, an herb that goes well with seafood, to add a refreshing touch. The scent of thyme relieves fatigue and has a relaxing effect.
