【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Delaware grapes…1 bunch
Red wine…4 tablespoons
Beef (cut for yakiniku)…200 grams
Salt… Appropriate amount
Pepper… Appropriate amount
Vegetable oil…Appropriate amount
Salad…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Remove the Delaware grapes and place them in a bowl. Mash them with the back of a fork, add the red wine, and let sit for a while.
②Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the beef seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides, and serve on a plate.
③ Add ① to the frying pan using in ②, bring to a boil, and pour over the meat from step ②.
④Serve on a plate and garnish with a salad.
【Points】
You don't have to mash all the Delaware grapes. Use the juice that comes out when you remove them from the skin. The acidity and sweetness of the Delaware will add a touch of elegance to the red wine sauce.
