【How to make】
①Boil the chicken tender in boiling water, then transfer to cold water, drain and flake the meat.
②Drain the tofu and mash it with the back of a fork.
③Cut the figs into quarters.
④Mix ②, cane sugar, rice vinegar, and ground sesame in a bowl.
⑤Place ① and ③ on a plate, pour ④ on top, and garnish with mitsuba.
