【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Avocado…1 piece
Salt…A little
Boiled mackerel…1 can (160grams)
Onion…30 grams
Soy sauce…1 tablespoon
Pepper…a little
Cheese…70 grams
Italian parsley…if available

【How to make】
①Cut the avocado in half, peel and remove the seed, cut into 8mm pieces, and sprinkle lightly with salt.
②Slice the onion thinly.
③Add the mackerel to a frying pan and break it into pieces. Heat on medium heat, add the onion and fry together. When the onion becomes soft, add soy sauce and season with pepper.
④Put the dish from ③ in a heat-resistant container, place the avocado from ① on top, top with cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for about 8 minutes until the cheese is browned, and garnish with Italian parsley.
【Points】
Use boiled canned mackerel, and simmer over heat until the water is reduced. Canned mackerel is rich in calcium and easy to consume, and also contains a lot of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which is beneficial for brain health. It is a nutritious dish.
