【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Avocado…1 piece
Chicken tender…3 pieces
Japanese Green onion…length 5cm serving
Vegetable oil…1 tablespoon
Sesame oil…2 teaspoons
Soy sauce…2 teaspoons

【How to make】
①Cut the avocado in half, peel and remove the seed, cut into 8mm pieces, and sprinkle lightly with salt.
②Thinly slice the green onion to make "Shiraganegi".
③Remove the tendons from the chicken tender and slice into strips.
④Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the avocado on both sides until browned, then remove it, then fry ③ on both sides until browned.
⑤Place ④ on a plate, top with ②, drizzle with sesame oil, and pour soy sauce over it.
【Points】
The healthy oils from the avocado are added to the mild chicken tender to make it easier to eat. Enjoy the aroma of sesame oil and green onion.
