【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Avocado…1/2 piece
Shiitake mushroom…2 pieces
Anchovy paste…About 10cm of a tube
Thyme…Appropriate amount (to taste)

【How to make】
①Cut the avocado in half with a knife, peel and remove the seed, then cut it into 1cm cubes.
②Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
③Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the shiitake mushrooms, then add the avocado and fry lightly, then add the anchovy paste and thyme leaves, loosen them and mix well.
④Place ③ on a plate and garnish with thyme leaves.
【Points】
The strong saltiness of the anchovies mixes with the avocado, making this a delicious snack. The aroma of thyme, an herb that goes well with seafood, adds a refreshing finish.
