【How to make】
①Cut the mibuna to 4cm lengths.
②Cut the wood ear mushrooms to bite-sized pieces.
③Heat the dashi in a pot, add ① and ②, and quickly cook through.
④Beat the eggs and pour into ③, then slowly stir with chopsticks in large circular movements.
⑤Add salt to taste.
