Rice…240 grams
Chicken gizzard…80 grams
Yukari…1 teaspoon

Lotus root and gizzard fried rice with yukari

【How to make】
①Cut the lotus root into 5mm cubes.
②Finely chop the gizzard.
③Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ① and ② and stir fry.
④Add rice and yukari to ③ and stir fry while loosening the rice with a spatula.                                   ⑤Put ④ into a bowl, and sprinkle the stem of mitsuba cut into 1cm length on top, and garnish with the leaves of mitsuba.
