【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Lotus root…100 grams
Canned tuna (in oil)…1 can
Shiitake mushrooms…2 pieces
Mayonnaise…1 tablespoon
Salt…Appropriate amount
Mustard…As desired
Italian parsley…If available

【How to make】
①Cut the lotus root into 5mm thick quarter-rounds and cut the shiitake mushrooms into quarters.
②Put the tuna in a frying pan over medium heat, add the ingredients from step ① and stir fry. When the lotus root is cooked through, add the mayonnaise, season with salt, and add mustard paste to taste, and mix.
③Serve in a bowl and garnish with Italian parsley.
【Points】
A simple dish that can be used as a side dish or a snack, with just a stir fry. Use the tuna oil to add richness and umami to the flavor without using any frying oil.
