【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Maitake mushrooms…½ pack
Red leaf lettuce…Appropriate amount
Salt…Appropriate amount
Duck meat (thinly sliced)…5 slices
Salt and pepper…Appropriate amount
Black vinegar…3 tablespoons
Cane sugar…1 tablespoon
Salt…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Divide the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
②Wash the read leaf lettuce, drain it, place it in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
③Slice the duck meat thinly and season with salt and pepper.
④Heat vegetable oil (not included in recipe) in a frying pan over medium heat, fry ③ until browned on both sides and place on top of ②.
⑤Next, fry ① until browned and place on top of ④.
⑥Add black vinegar and cane sugar to the frying pan with the remaining fat and heat, and season with salt. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and pour on ⑤.
